CAICAN LTD was founded in 2016 by Sameh El Desouky (Sam) (P.Eng) and Moataz Kadous (BA Business Administration). The two partners combined their technical and business background to establish a contracting company that would provide a quality work within the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
